How to define the word ~SIN~
In Cambridge Dictionaries define that sin it means to break a religious or moral law
well...what bout our own definition??
One day, while i fellowship with my friends . suddenly a girl pop up with a question
asked me how to define the word "SIN" towards a couple.
guys the 1st think i thought of no sex before marriage. well everyone knew it..
but what she threw out the question is when a couple staying up together
and they truly pure and naive, never thought of doing (XXX) but they just hug and kiss on the bed. do you think that consider a sin??
suddenly i stun, i think of my leader told me.
"Why did you open a door and let the devil step in? that means before you start (XXX) this is the warm up stage that you going to do. You are encourage devil to come in to your life" that's why leader is not allow us to stay up together.
but now she asking we never thought of doing (XXX), we just want to spend time together.
do it consider SIN??
Oh my gosh.....First time i didn't know how to answer back...now i confuse....do you think that define as SIN?? arghh....help me to solve this question...
What i read from the bible is:
Thessalonians 4:3-8
tells us that God wants us to learn to control our bodies in holy and honorable ways.
(in her case, she keep mentioning i never thought of doing that, and both of us can control)
Ephesians 5:3-4
warns us to guard against every hint of sexual impurity, including obscene talk and crude joke.
(in her case, she told us we never talk and even want it)
Corinthians 13
you need to learn to love without having sex before you can "make love" by having sex
(back to it, she never thought of doing it)
I NEED YOUR OPINION

In my opinion, how sure is one that one will not fall for a temptation. There is a sinful nature and a desire for sex in us,every single human. How sure is one that hugs and kisses will 100% never lead to sex? what if the hugs and kisses lead to desires?
And if ask around, when things happen, most people will say they never plan it before.
For example, if you ask a couple, they will say they never plan to get pregnant during sex and stuff...
Therefore, I believe prevention is better... why put oneself into temptation. And how sure is one that both of them will not fall. It's not the motive of the doing at the beginning, but is what it leads to during the process.
In Bible, it is said, run away from temptation, which means, never get near into temptation...
